If you would like to make an order by email, please provide the product name and # and any
special requests you may have and I will contact you reguarding payments through Paypal or by mail.
SHIPPING/HANDLING POLICY
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling. A flat rate of $5
will be added to your purchase total.
All items are shipped in 2-3 weeks via USPS priority mail, unless otherwise stated. If you would like an receive an order sooner than our normal delivery time, e-mail me at
keepsake_creations@yahoo.com, and I will quote you a price and let you know when I can get it to you.
RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction guaranteed. If within 30 days, you are not happy
with your purchase, for any reason, please return it for a full refund of the purchase price. All sales of personalized names are FINAL, unless there is a spelling or other error on my part, but I am willing to work
with you to rectify the problem.

Most items can be made to your size and color selections. If you have a special request or other question, please feel free to contact me. I will
try to work with you to make the perfect gift.
If you are looking for a crochet item that was not found on my site, please let me know. In some cases, I will make special request items, such as blankets or teddy
